Lootra is an AI education platform that helps busy professionals stay current with rapidly evolving AI tools and technologies. We offer bite-sized, hands-on courses on tools like ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Midjourney, and more.
Each course is broken into short, interactive lessons that take just a few minutes to complete. Lessons include theory, quizzes, fill-in-the-blank exercises, flashcards, sorting challenges, and more. You can learn at your own pace and pick up right where you left off.
Yes! Lootra offers a free plan that gives you access to a selection of courses. For unlimited access to all courses, certifications, and premium features, you can upgrade to Lootra Pro.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a Lootra password — just use the same sign-in method.
Currently, you cannot change the email address linked to your account directly. If you need to update it, please contact our support team at support@lootra.ai and we'll help you make the change.
You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@lootra.ai. We'll process your request and permanently remove your data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Your learning progress is tied to your account and syncs automatically across all your devices. Just make sure you're signed in with the same account.
Complete all lessons in a course to earn a verifiable certificate. Certificates are available for Pro members and can be shared on LinkedIn or downloaded as a PDF from your profile.
Your streak counts the number of consecutive days you've completed at least one lesson. Streaks help you build a consistent learning habit. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero — but your overall progress is never lost.
Lootra Pro unlocks unlimited access to all courses, official certifications, priority support, and all future premium features. It's designed for professionals who want the full learning experience.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open the Play Store app and go to your purchase history. If you need further assistance, email support@lootra.ai.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, clear the app cache (in your device settings) or reinstall the app. Your progress is saved to your account and won't be lost.
We appreciate bug reports! Email support@lootra.ai with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and a screenshot if possible. This helps us identify and fix problems faster.
Lootra is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We also have a web version you can access from any modern browser on desktop or mobile.
